We have limited the number of emails that you can send each day to 100. While this is enough for most of our users, unfortunately some have started misusing Tutanota for sending out spam.

As a result emails from Tutanota are sometimes wrongly tagged as spam by other providers. The limitation of emails being sent per day became necessary to maintain a high level of delivery reliability for all our users.

Of course some people need to send more than 100 emails per day, which is completely legitimate. To be able to send more emails, please upgrade to Premium directly in your Tutanota account and contact our support. Prices for Premium are very affordable.
