Release Notes 2.3.1: Bug fixes

Thanks a lot to all of you who send us error reports. This allows us to find and analyse bugs as quickly as possible. One of the more "visible" bug fixes in this release is the prevention of push notifications when receiving spam emails. As usual, the Android and iOS app updates may take a couple of days until they are available in the app stores.

To further protect you against spam emails, we also plan to add a protection method against newsletter bombs.
